Landlord Representation: The partners at Peak Real Estate Partners have extensive experience with leasing space in retail shopping centers, single tenant properties and ground up development and have worked with both local and national landlords for over 15 years. Our experience in investment sales and tenant representation give us the market knowledge and expertise to quickly identify tenants that would be a good fit for the property, properly market the property to those tenants, guide the landlord through the negotiation process and ultimately assist them in getting the tenant committed and open for business.

Acquisitions

Through our investment company, Peak Equities, we are able to identify and execute on opportunistic investments with clients acting as a general partner in real estate investments. Peak Equities is able to provide clients with an avenue to invest in commercial real estate without needing to invest all of the required capital and time needed to vet potential deals. We invest in retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout the Midwest.
