Kimberly grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Vanderbilt University. A job at Marion Laboratories brought her to Kansas City where she met her husband, Monty. Kimberly and Monty have three sons, Ben, William, and Andrew. They are a huge sports family and love supporting K-State, the Chiefs and Royals.

Kimberly began her real estate career in development with Greenleaf Properties. Kimberly moved to Colliers in 2008 where she worked in retail brokerage for 15 years. Kimberly joined Peak Real Estate Partners in 2023. She is licensed in Missouri and Kansas and focuses on representing both local and institutional owners in the leasing and sales of shopping centers. She also helps tenants and buyers find superior locations for their business. Kimberly uses her knowledge of the market and relationships in the brokerage community to negotiate the best outcome for her clients.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys playing pickleball, entertaining friends and family, and traveling.
