William is a Kansas City native and attended Pembroke Hill and the University of Kansas where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance.  He began his professional career with Bank of Prairie Village where he served as the Assistant Vice President of Lending.   After spending 4 years with the Bank, William moved to Dallas, TX to earn his MBA from Southern Methodist University.

William joined Peak in 2023 after three years as a commercial real estate broker with Newmark Zimmer where he specialized in both Buyer and Seller representation.  Most recently he has represented the Homefield Development in KCK as well as the effort to get the Kansas City Royals to a new home in North Kansas City.

William and his fiancé (Alex) reside in Mission Hills, KS with their dog Katy.   William and Alex enjoy traveling, golf, and all Kansas City and KU sports.
