Jim Jamis

Director of Property Management

Jim is a Kansas City native and attended Ottawa University where he earned a bachelor’s degree.  He began his professional career in the golf industry as a Golf Professional and eventually oversaw the operations of several golf courses. He eventually paired his golf facility management with other commercial properties and did so with Price Management for several years. After Price Management he worked for Kessinger Hunter as a property manager focusing primarily on commercial office and retail properties.

Jim joined PEAK in 2024 with hopes to grow the property management branch of the company into a successful entity known for its relationships and personal touch.

Jim and his wife (Sierra) reside in Independence, MO with their two children Jordan (18) and Alyssa (13). Jim enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf with his son and thrifting with his daughter.
